Start with a specific promise
Your opening sentence should identify who you help and the kind of change you support. “Coaching for leaders navigating their first management role” tells a visitor more than “Unlock your potential.” Follow it with a short explanation of how you work, without promising an outcome you cannot guarantee.
Give each programme enough context
For each offer, explain who it suits, what is included, the format, and how to inquire. If programmes differ in duration or level of support, make those differences easy to compare. A visitor should not need to book a call simply to understand the basic shape of your service.
Build trust with evidence
Include relevant qualifications, a short personal introduction, and genuine testimonials used with permission. A useful testimonial describes the client’s context and the experience of working together. Avoid treating a compelling story as a guarantee that every client will get the same result.
Make the discovery call understandable
Explain what the first conversation is for, how to book it, and whether there is any cost or commitment. Keep the booking link consistent throughout the site. Test the full journey on a phone, including calendar selection and the confirmation screen.
Offer a useful step before the call
Some visitors need more time. A checklist or guide can help them make progress and learn how you think. If you collect an email address, explain how it will be used and deliver the promised resource. An un-gated download can be equally useful when email capture is not part of your plan.
Check the foundations
Review your page titles, headings, form labels, image descriptions, and mobile navigation. Then ask someone unfamiliar with your business to find the right programme and explain the next step back to you. Their hesitation will often reveal more than another visual polish pass.
